I was not a big fan of Shatter Me. Most of the characters are pretty one dimensional and the world building was underwhelming. It does have promise, so I will read the next book, but it didn't live up to the hype for me.
ReplyDeleteI LOVED Dearly Departed. I was a little repelled by the cover. Although it's really beautiful, I thought it would be all romancey and fluffy. It is full of action and zombies and steampunk futuristic craziness.
I also LOVED Forbidden. It's really well written and it's definitely controversial. It's kind of like much better written, more plausible version of Flowers in the Attic.
I'm also super excited about Burn Bright and The Space Between. Thanks for sharing!
