CLOSED Giveaway: Sourcebooks Mega-Mystery Prize Packs!

I thought we'd kick off this year's Austen giveaways with a bang! I don't know if you're aware, but Sourcebooks is the leading publisher in all things Austen; seriously, they have a huge line-up of awesome Austenite stuffs! And because they're so awesome* they've offered up not 1, not 2, but 5 (five) mystery bundles of 2 books each to 5 (five) lucky winners!  That's 10 Austen-y books, right off the bat!
How's that for bang? ;P

*I have a feeling I'm going to say "awesome" a lot in the next two weeks...



The Deets:
  • 5 (five) winners will receive a prize pack of 2 books from Sourcebooks line-up of Jane Austen sequels and adaptations. 
  • The 2-book bundles will be random (aka total Jane-y mystery worthy of Catherine Morland...), though if you want a sneak peek at what they might be, you can check out Sourcebooks Austen line-up (and a whole bunch of other goodies) here!

    That is quite a bang to begin the event with. I don't know exactly what I'd want in my package, but certainly something fun and Austen-y!

    I am secretly hoping that Sylvester: Or the Wicked Uncle will be in the pack for that was the first book of hers that I read and I loved it! However, it was from the library and I haven't run across a print copy since!

    I like the flood of Austen mysteries that we've seen in the last few years, though I gotta say the ones with an element (or more) of fantasy are my favorites. I'm really hoping to get my hands on Shades of Milk and Honey (which isn't a direct Austen reinterpretation but a Regency fantasy, I hope that counts). :)

    I think I'd most hope for The Reluctant Widow. Or The Man Who Loved Pride and Prejudice. Weekend with Mr. Darcy and its sequels look cute.

    Sourcebooks is so generous! I'd be thrilled with whatever is in my mystery box but if I had to pick two it'd be A Weekend with Mr Darcy and The Darcys and the Bingleys. Although I was really fascinated by Linda Berdoll's Really Nice Ways to Say Really Bad Things. (I think I got the title right.) Never heard of it before but it sounds funny.

    This truly is a generous giveaway - thank you Source Books!
    I would think I would like to see "Women of Pemberley" for the author's views and original characters, and how they might all connect to Pemberley, and or "Pemberley Chronicles."
    Seeing other interpretations of characters is an interesting thing to me. As long as they stay canon!
