Well, it was a tie. You guys couldn't decide between two movies, neither of which was Mulan leaving me to wonder just what is wrong with you, exactly? I mean, it's MULAN. It's basically perf. And it's been ages since I've watched it, and I've had "I'll Make a Man Out of You" in my head for days now. . .
WHATEVS.
Anyway, we had a tie between Mirror Mirror and Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters,, and a need to break it, so I sprinkled some fairy dust, did a little magic spell, promised my first born to a funny little man with a strange name, etc., etc. (I flipped a coin), and the movie we'll be twitter-watching, which I'm now going to call Twatching, is:
I KNOW. I can't decide if I want to cackle or groan. This promises to be a delightful schlock-fest, and I. Am. Ready.
So if you'd like to Twatch it with us, queue up the Netflix round about 8 o'clock, pop some popcorn, log into The Twitters, and get ready to live tweet this potentially glorious hot mess with me, using the hashtag #FairyTaleFortnight! Oh man I LOVE Mulan. My partner is almost ALWAYS singing 'I'll make a man out of you'. Except for when he's singing Jack's Lament (Nightmare Before Christmas) or 'Be Prepared' (The Lion King).
