Your Perfect Austen Match: a quiz from Beth

I mentioned that you'd be seeing Beth pop up throughout Austen in August, and today marks the second POP! Beth has created another quiz for us (consider it a follow-up to last year's quiz), but now that we already know what type of heroine we are (spirited, thank you very much), it's time to find our hero! [Or heroine. No judgement here. ;P ]
Take the quick quiz below to find out which Austen character you should be paired up with, and let us know the results in the comments! And find more posts from Beth here!

  1. Thanks, Misty! This one was a lot of fun to put together, and I'm curious what character(s) folks got!

    1. (I got Darcy, which actually saddens me- was hoping for Tilney or Knightley! Maybe I didn't make this quiz as well as I'd hoped!)

    2. I was kinda banking on Tilney, actually, but since I always get Lizzy in quizzes, this is better suited.

I got Edmund Bertram. =) My favourite question was the last one. I think it would be good for all people in a happy relationship to reflect on what they did right to get to that point . . . if only to make them grateful that they didn't freely choose the other options!

    1. Thanks! I wanted to include that because Jane Austen's MCs do a lot of self-reflection (and analyzing of how other people responded to a situation, what would be proper and not, etc.)
Some of them even include it in their proposal speeches! So it seemed appropriate that it would guide your perfect match. :D

  5. I got George Knightley! Which ---- makes sense since I admit that I have a big part of Emma in my personality. The other part I believe is Elizabeth.

  6. I got Darcy, but that doesn't surprise my as my DH is quite Darcyish.

  8. Wentworth. Does this mean I get The Letter?
