AUGUST 2016 BOOK HAUL

Take 2 of my August book haul, because I realized as I was deleting it that I was deleting the wrong thing... Misty fail. The good news is, the extra time between recording the first time & today means more books to showcase!

    Hope your trip is great.

    I am only familiar with The Reader which I want to read, but Beautiful Broken Girls has my interest. I'll look forward to your thoughts or an excerpt on that one.

    LOL, I can't resist a $1 book either even if I already have tons on my shelves to read.

    Wow, 100 years, doesn't seem to have been that long.

    I'm excited for The Reader and your post about it. Have a great time on your trip (and yay purple hair!)

    Also, YES TO THE VELVETY COVERS. I pet those like cats, and love them.

    And I had no idea Kim Savage already had a second novel out (er, eventually). Wow. Thanks for putting that on my radar! I haven't read read After the Woods yet, but I'm sure I'm going to enjoy it.

    I'm looking forward to your thoughts on Updraft, as it sounds intriguing.
